Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. In the event of cancellation within 24 hours after the scheduled start of the project, the client is eligible for a 50% refund of the paid sum.

In cases where the freelancer fails to deliver work or complete the tasks outlined in the project agreement, the client is eligible for a full refund of the paid sum or other forms of compensation in services.

Several types of services are exempt from being refunded. Consultations, meetings, training sessions, supervision, mentorship, and statistical analysis cannot be refunded. For other situations and cases not explicitly mentioned, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the circumstances and agreements between the client and freelancer. In the event of cancellation after the project has commenced, following payment and milestone setting by the client, the freelancer will share all files and will refrain from deleting or altering any file.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, invoice, and reason for issuing the refund via email.

The freelance retains all intellectual property rights to the work produced under this contract, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

This contract may be terminated by either party with a written notice of 30 days. In the event of termination, the freelance will be paid for services provided up to the date of termination.
In the event of service cancellation, the freelancer must be notified before payment through formal means of communication via email. Service cancellation should be notified within 24 hours after payment, and a refund will be issued according to the refund policy.

Once your refund request is received via email and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced services may be refunded. Discounted services or combined services deals cannot be refunded.

We only refund services if we have not met the deadline or did not complete the tasks. If you need to exchange the paid service for another service, send us an email at Contact@DrAlaeddineKhelifa.com with the proof of payment, invoice, and requested service. Additional charges are expected, unless otherwise instructed.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of the information exchanged under this contract. No confidential information will be disclosed to third parties without the written consent of the other party.

All files related to the project are kept confidential on a drive with restricted access shared only between the client and freelancer. Additionally, all other personal and financial information are strictly kept confidential between both parties. Ethical and academic confidentiality is guaranteed.

The client is required to pay in full or at least 50% of the invoice estimate before the project commences to receive confirmation from the freelancer and gain access to the project files.

Returning or referred clients may enjoy a 20% discount on the initial estimate invoice and may request extra consultations and meetings free of charge.

Additional charges for any extra tasks requested by the client will be provided in separate invoices. The client agrees to pay the freelancer for the services provided according to the terms agreed upon between the two parties. The freelance agrees to provide a detailed invoice for each service provided. After the issuance of an estimate invoice or additional invoices, the client should complete the payment in full or at least 50% of the sum within 24 hours.

In the case of payment installment, the client should complete the payment within 30 days from the initial payment and before the deadline agreed upon by the freelancer and client. Any additional work after checking the draft that was not discussed beforehand is considered additional tasks subject to additional charges.

All necessary information should be provided before starting the project because once started, the project will take more time to edit or change than initially required, and any changes may be subject to extra fees. The freelancer will not be available at a moment’s notice or at meeting times that are inconvenient due to time zone differences or outside of usual working hours. Meetings requested during the weekend are at the courtesy of the freelancer.

It is important to note that the freelancer is not considered a full-time employee with a 24/7 work expectation. Each service is separate, consulting fees are charged separately from other requested services, and any request for consultation or a meeting after the initial meeting is subject to extra charges.
